The policies below are meant to protect the client as well as Therese from unfair and unjust business practices.  There is countless time and administrative work that is necessary to ensure that your psychic reading is smooth and enjoyable.  Please review these policies before scheduling your psychic reading.

1. Confidentiality:  All readings with Therese are confidential.  In order to sustain an open-minded and comfortable atmosphere during the reading, subjects discussed will remain private.
2. Cancellations and reschedules : Cancellations and reschedules must be made 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.  All cancelled and rescheduled appointments that are made with less than 24 hour notice will result in a $15 nonrefundable payment to be made in cash or through Paypal and cannot be applied to the reading.
3. Lateness:  Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment are subject to a $15 fee.  The time and room necessary to ensure a comfortable and sacred reading space for you are valuable and the expense must be passed on when the client arrives late and the appointment time must be extended.
4. Payments:  Payments were originally accepted after the reading but due to unreliable and dishonest clients, all payments must now be made prior to the reading.
5. 30 minute readings:  Therese does not conduct thirty minute readings as she has found that there is not enough time to communicate all information to the client in an efficient and accurate manner.  However, in rare cases - and left to her own discretion - she may make an exception depending on the client's situation.  In these cases, she will needed to be contacted through her contact form and she will respond to your request in a timely manner.  If approved by Therese, the fee for a 30 minute in-person reading will be $130.
