The policies below are meant to protect the client as well as Therese from unfair and unjust business practices.  There is countless time and administrative work that is necessary to ensure that your psychic reading is smooth and enjoyable.  Please review these policies before scheduling your psychic reading.

1. Confidentiality:  All readings with Therese are confidential.  In order to sustain an open-minded and comfortable atmosphere during the reading, subjects discussed will remain private.
2. Cancellations and reschedules : Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.  All cancelled and rescheduled appointments that are made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $20 nonrefundable payment which will be charged to the credit card used to make the appointment and cannot be applied to the reading if rescheduled.  The space necessary to ensure a comfortable environment for the reading is very valuable and requires 24 hours notice from the client when changing the schedule.
3. Lateness:  Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment are subject to a $10 fee.  The expense for space must be passed on when the client arrives late and the appointment time must be extended.
4. Health Questions:  Therese is not a doctor and therefore does not diagnose illnesses or diseases.  However, guidance as to possible future health concerns and possible paths to take after having been seen by a medical professional may be discussed.
   
5. Legal Questions:  Therese is not a lawyer and therefore does not give legal advice.  However, guidance as to various options to pursue or next steps to take after having consulted a legal professional may be discussed.
   
6. Payments:  Payments were originally accepted after the reading but due to unreliable and dishonest clients, all payments must now be made at the beginning of the scheduled session.  All payments may be made at the start of the session in either cash or credit/debit card.
7. Every client is treated with the utmost respect regardless of age, religion, sexual orientation or any other distinguishing feature.
