Develop Your Own Psychic Abilities in a safe and supportive environment

During this 1 hour session, you will learn to develop your psychic abilities.  Therese will work with you to introduce you to various exercises to help develop your own intuition and psychic abilities.  This session will include:

• a brief meditation and empowerment exercise to prepare your energy for the session
• 3 exercises that aim to improve your intuitive skills
• 1 exercise that will show you how to begin to make a link with the Spirit world

This session is intended to be an introduction geared towards beginners and those who are interested in developing and improving their own psychic abilities.  Because we will also work on making an evidential link to the Spirit World, there is some focus on mediumship.

During your first session, Therese will work with you on becoming more aware and expanding your own psychic abilities.  You will not be a psychic after this first session, but you will have a better understanding of what exactly psychic abilities are, how you can develop your own intuition and also what it takes to improve these skills.
